FUEL HANDLING AND QUALITY CONTROL TRAINING (QC)
The two-day classroom and "hands-on" training course covers risk management, fuel specifications, field quality control procedures, fuel filtration and change out, fuel farm operation and maintenance. Additionally, refueler topics including fuel truck operation, maintenance and troubleshooting are also covered. Attendees will focus on the causes for high insurance rates and learn ways to manage risk and exposure reduction. The course is available to Air BP branded dealers and fuel customers free of charge, others at a charge of $595.
ONLINE TRAINING
Air BP has developed a web-based training series that is convenient and accessible for all Air BP branded FBOs. These trainings have been developed with the same expertise and quality standards as our QC Seminar Series.
AIR BP CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING
A powerful three-tier Customer Culture Academy series was introduced in 2009. The training series was developed based on feedback from Air BP FBOs about a shared need for customer service training. The content of this compelling training series has been designed to allow flexibility for FBOs to adapt their unique setting and customer service offerings. The format balances "live" seminar style training and an online training offering to provide training at all levels of staffing. Through the range of training offerings the three-tier approach encourages dialogue between all levels to identify priorities and standards for customer service at the FBO and then apply those principles to day-to-day operations.
