In addition to Air BP's already reputable Fuel Handling and Quality Control seminars, which have welcomed more than 2,700 attendees since its inception in 2004, we offer OEM Equipment Maintenance Training, Part 139 Fire Training [the classroom section], Customer Service Training, and as a response to industry requests, 'Ramp Security Training (RST)'. These highly effective training initiatives are available to Air BP Dealers and FBOs throughout the United States. Classes are free of charge to Air BP branded dealers.

Ramp Security Training (RST)

The obvious need to continue ramp security education and the insurance industry's scrutiny of the aviation business, has prompted Air BP Aviation Services to develop and offer a security and safety training program. Attendees will focus on the causes for high insurance rates and learn suggested solutions on managing risk and exposure reduction. Furthermore, Air BP Tech and Ops personnel have investigated several other facets of aviation that have taken on the challenge of improved security, while ensuring Customer Service to an open society.

Fuel Handling and Quality Control Training (QCT)

A two day course that the first day consists of classroom training covering Risk Management, Fuel Specifications, Field Quality Control Procedures, Fuel Filtration and Change Out, Fuel Farm Operation and Maintenance plus Fuel Truck Operation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting. The second day begins with Ramp Safety and Security and concludes the morning session with FAR 139 Fire Training. The second half of the second day is a "hands-on" session at a host facility where attendees learn how to properly receive fuel, inspect a fuel farm and audit a fuel truck.

Equipment Maintenance Training (EMT)

Technical representatives from Carter Ground Support, Delta Products, Facet Filters, Gorman-Rupp Pumps, Liquid Controls Meters, and Whitaker Control Valves and others will provide detailed technical information on product knowledge, maintenance and repair. The course selections are arranged in a curriculum format to accommodate a wide variety class attendance. Attendees will walk away with superior knowledge of fuel farm and fuel truck equipment.

Customer Service Training
This training seminar will help employees with the tools and understanding of how to improve customer relationships thereby improving profitability.
